John Robinson, BA FRICS, (Director)
John was educated at Malvern College, Worcestershire, and Southampton University. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1982 after training in Derby.
He moved to New Milton in 1984 and has practised throughout the New Forest and Dorset areas since then. John has built up a wealth of experience across all types of properties, with a particular specialist interest in thatched roofs, buildings of architectural and historic interests and unusual construction.

Stephen Higley, BSc FRICS, (Director)
Stephen qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1981. He returned to Bournemouth in 1983 after working in London, and has practised in the Dorset and West Hampshire area ever since. He specialises in valuation matters for both residential and commercial properties, as well as pre-purchase building surveys and homebuyer reports for all types of houses and flats. His particular areas of expertise include valuations for lease extensions of flats and for the sale and purchase of the freeholds of blocks of flats
